HFA offers private 1:1 in person training at our boutique studio and recovery room.
Hector has all the equipment necessary for both an excellent, strength-building workout and a body-relaxing recovery session. He incorporates strength training, mobility, stretching, percussion massage, and compression therapy.
With an HFA 1:1 workout experience you will leave the studio feeling strong and refreshed.

HFA offers semi-private training for groups of 2-4 clients at our fully equipped studio. This option is perfect for clients who want to work out with a few friends. And, it offers the benefits of personal training at a more affordable cost.

HFA Lifestyle is all about helping you achieve the lifestyle you want.
Our program is designed to help you get strong and feel better. We help you practice healthy habits, coach you through an active mindset, and learn about nutrition for performance.
At HFA, we don’t do weight loss. We do lifestyle change for a strong life. And that is what we target with this program. Our nutrition is about eating enough to fuel your body and feel better in your skin.
You can participate in two ways:
Through our hybrid option. You train in the studio with Hector once a week, and you participate in the HFA Lifestyle program in our HFA app.
You participate solely in the HFA Lifestyle program in our HFA app.
No matter which set up works best for your busy schedule, with HFA Lifestyle you’ll get the results you’re looking for.
