We offer boutique in-person 1:1 and semi-private group training that helps our clients grow stronger and leave the studio feeling refreshed.
HFA’s studio is equipped with all the latest equipment to give you every option for strength building. And, Hector will incorporate recovery aspects into your fitness experience. He will use stretching, percussion massage, and compression therapy to help you leave the studio feeling better than when you came in.
